This week's results are way more than I could've awesomely imagined....

Today I had my appointment with JT... aka my guru. After 8 days of staying at 100% with weight training/cardio and as close to 100% as I could with my nutrition (excluding a couple of unconventional meals on the go)... here are MY results:

I realized there are no goals to reach from now on, but now am making choices! Goals are great... but my focus has shifted.

On that day, I decided that:

• eating 100% to my nutrition plan is non negotiable
• skipping cardio is not in the plan
• skipping a workout is not...

Me: "Sorry I let you down this week. I'll bust my a** this week!"

JT: " Walk in to the bathroom...Stand facing the sink...  Look straight ahead and then repeat that..."

Just what I needed!  Best thing about this is... Realization that last week I totally blew things off....

For years... I mean years... I have been able to share motivation, help people succeed in their goals, and keep people focused. I want to be honest today. After all, honestly is where it should all begin, the foundation so to speak.
