Daily Log
An optional tool that allows you to track your meals, foods, water intake and activity. If you choose to the Daily Log it would helpful to have the log at the time of your follow up's to determine how much of your meal plan you are following and trends that you notice in your eating habits. Remember, your nutrition plan can always be modified so the more information you have to give the more customized solutions JT can create which improves your chances of success!
