Ba-Nilla (Protein) Cup Recipe


Who says you can’t satisfy your sweet tooth while getting your protein fix?! This recipe is reminiscent of sweet bread with hints of banana and vanilla (ba-nilla). On a cheat day add a TBS or chocolate or white chocolate chips to each loaf for some added flavor! The recipe as written makes 6 jumbo loafs as pictured. ENJOY!

Ingredients

2 whole eggs and 2 egg whites

4 scoops of vanilla protein powder

2 tsp. vanilla extract

1 cup almond milk

1/3 cup almond flour

¾ cups of flour

1 sliced banana

1 tsp. baking powder

Directions

  1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Beat on medium speed until well mixed.

  3. Spray cupcake liners with cooking spray and divide batter into 6 cupcakes.

  4. Bake for 20 minutes and test with a toothpick until baked fully.

  5. Let cool and ENJOY!
