Chocolate Peanut Butter Paradise
This is one of my favorite recipes when I have a sweet tooth and I am trying to avoid cheating! Not every ingredient listed is essential to create a delicious shake but this is my optimal combination for the dreamiest shake ever. There are many days when I opt for a much simpler version without the cottage cheese or pudding mix if I don’t have it on hand. 1 Scoop Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
1/2 Frozen Banana
1 TB Sugar Free Chocolate Instant Pudding Mix
1 TBS Peanut Butter (or PBFit)
1/4 cup cottage cheese
1 cup Almond Milk
2 Egg White (optional but will improve texture and taste!)
5 Ice Cubes
Splenda (Optional as desired)
A Dash of Cinnamon
Combine all ingredients in a blender. The liquid should just cover the ice.
Blend on high for one minute. Add milk if needed to thin the shake and Splenda to sweeten. ENJOY!
