Cinnamon Roll Shake
Keeping your protein intake high just got A LOT easier with this tasty treat!! The cinnamon give this classic shake a hint of flavor that elevate this to dessert worthy status (minus the guilt of course!). DO NOT SKIP the cottage cheese (yes even if you can’t taste the cottage cheese)!!
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
1 tsp Sugar Free Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix
¼ tsp. Cinnamon
¼ tsp Vanilla Extract
1/3 cup Cottage Cheese (Weird but TRUST ME it is a game changer in this shake!)
1 cup Almond Milk
6 Ice Cubes
Splenda OR Brown Sugar Splenda (Optional as desired)
Combine all ingredients in a blender. The liquid should just cover the ice.
Blend on high for one minute. Add milk if needed to thin the shake and Splenda to sweeten.
Optional: Crumble 1 vanilla wafer and stir gently into shake. ENJOY!
