Cinnamon Roll Shake


Keeping your protein intake high just got A LOT easier with this tasty treat!! The cinnamon give this classic shake a hint of flavor that elevate this to dessert worthy status (minus the guilt of course!). DO NOT SKIP the cottage cheese (yes even if you can’t taste the cottage cheese)!!

Ingredients

1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder

1 tsp Sugar Free Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix

¼ tsp. Cinnamon

¼ tsp Vanilla Extract

1/3 cup Cottage Cheese (Weird but TRUST ME it is a game changer in this shake!)

1 cup Almond Milk

6 Ice Cubes

Splenda OR Brown Sugar Splenda (Optional as desired)

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. The liquid should just cover the ice.

  2. Blend on high for one minute. Add milk if needed to thin the shake and Splenda to sweeten.

  3. Optional: Crumble 1 vanilla wafer and stir gently into shake. ENJOY!
