Is The FOOD You Eat As Important As MEDICINE To Your Health?

Thought for the day: Is the FOOD you eat as important as MEDICINE to your health?

If so then ponder this:

If your Doctor prescribed you a medication to take at 10MG/Day, first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach, 7-days a week, would you randomly modify the amount? Change the time you take it? Would you eat before you took it or with it? Would you skip it some days and take it others? Would you add a similar medication with it and then cut the dosage in half? And if you so, would you then show up at your next Dr’s appt. asking them -“I’m taking the medication, why isn’t anything happening?" “Why don’t I feel better?" "I thought you said this was going to work". "I thought this was going to make me look/feel better”.

Just asking
