JT Is A Sensei!

Today has been exactly a month since I began seeing JT. I am down a full 20lbs by my scale (which I've already been told to throw away.) Because that's not the point. I'm healthier. Not only has my body began to change, but my mind as well. I think clearer. I remember better. And I'm not tired all of the time. My palate has changed as well. Food tastes better. And I mean healthy food. I don't put anything on my steamed veggies. My sweet potato tastes like dessert without anything on it. And I have people ask me what I'm eating because it smells so good. Who knew plain ole' food would seem so exotic? I see him again next week. So I'll update with the official stats then. (I was going to hashtag here, but changed my mind.

So as promised, I have my official stats from my visit with JT. I'm 26lbs down from my beginning weight. I began a 290lbs and a month later I'm 264lbs. I've also made significant gains in muscle. So the fat loss is even greater than 26lbs. I lost another 6" overall as well. So I'm super pumped. I do want to add, because I think it's paramount, that I've committed myself to following all of my meal plans and exercise plans exactly as prescribed. I am religious about my execution. This is not to take any credit away from JT's awesome guidance and expertise. I wouldn't be where I am without him. And I don't believe I'll get to my goals without him. However, I also know that I won't get there unless I'm committed to my part. It's a lifestyle change. And I'm more than ready for it.
