Mocha Protein Shake
4 ounces of cold coffee (decaf or regular)
4 ounces almond milk
1/2 cup crushed ice
1/4 packet of sugar free chocolate instant pudding mix
1 scoop chocolate whey protien powder
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. The liquid should just cover the ice.
2. Blend on high for one minute. Add milk if needed to thin the shake and Splenda to sweeten. ENJOY!
