So, I saw my nutritionist again today. Second follow-up. Began seeing him June 2. It's the 21st. I'm down 16lbs. However I've also gained size in my arms and chest.💪 (Meaning muscle gains). Therefore, the estimated fat loss is around 20lbs. 💣💥 No gimmick diet, no pills. Just following his clean meal plan. And, thus far, moderate exercise program. I feel super! If you're local.
