A Proper SQUAT!
I've said for years; "babies squat perfect" and so do millions of people in third word countries and Asia, as they work, socialize and eat in a squatting position all day. Yet they have little to no knee problems, hip replacements, muscle atrophy or lower back issues...what am I missing? We are ALL designed to squat perfect; we just teach/train ourselves NOT to by not doing it at all, not doing it right, sitting in chairs at 90 degrees and bending over to pick stuff up.
