**Motivation Monday** With Sonja Barber..... "100% JT"
This little phrase ... These few words... Such a huge impact not only on myself, but also to the man.
For over a year now, JT has been the little voice in my head that pushes me on. The information he shares, the education he provides, and the empowerment he instills within people is undeniably one of the reasons I am where I am today from last year.
100% JT... What does that mean? It means...
*getting up on days I could be sleeping in *eating clean regardless of what others are eating *prepping my food *working out as planned and to plan EVERY SINGLE DAY *making myself accountable to him, self, others *doing whatever it takes to get my 100%... Because that is where I want to stay! *SIUBC on days I want to cry *no cheat or treat meals *drink all my water *disciplined detailed daily diaries *calling to confirm and clarify before I do *relying in self a lot more than I used to *SIBUC some more *EVERY... SINGLE... DAY!
I could go on and on... but I won't. All I know is I don't want it to stop!
Real weekly results... Down 1 lb... Could have been more but I decided pizza was "okay" Sunday night... Psheesh! Never again!
Down 4 inches... I think an inch is off the butt... Boom!
