SINCE MARCH 1ST... I HAVE DROP NEARLY 30 INCHES FROM ALL OVER MY BODY (in under 30 days) I HAVE DROP


I realized there are no goals to reach from now on, but now am making choices! Goals are great... but my focus has shifted.

On that day, I decided that:

• eating 100% to my nutrition plan is non negotiable • skipping cardio is not in the plan • skipping a workout is not optional • being the example for our boys is key • setbacks create stronger comebacks • negativity has to be far away from me • smiling thru the workouts, optional • the amazing 1% is worth it!

I have reached beyond before but never like this.

As I sat in that weekly appointment I realized the "man behind the plan" is someone that has my back, keeps me attentive to my daily routine, holds me accountable, pushes me to reach and maintain my 1%, teaches me to create motivation rather than constantly seek it, and requires me to be stronger than I ever have.

My boys help me celebrate the good days, toughen me up on the hard days, loves me thru it all! They are my biggest fans!

If I can just help one person through my experience then I have done more than I ever set out to do! I am no one special... Just a 46 year old SAHM who wants to be healthy and happy, and plans to do whatever it takes to acquire these things.

I HAVE DROPPED POUNDS... BUT I DONT CARE ABOUT POUNDS HONESTLY.

I feel incredible and even with very minimal cardio this week since Monday (not even close to my usual 16-20 mile week)... I can smile knowing I have a desire and that desire is to NEVER QUIT!

Know how to create a bada** within yourself!? YOU NEVER QUIT!
