Vanilla Mint Shake
1 Scoop of Whey Vanilla Protein Powder
1 tsp of Sugar Free Cheesecake or White Chocolate Instant Pudding Mix
¼ tsp of Mint Extract
1/3 Cup of Cottage Cheese
1/2 Cup of Spinach (optional)
1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
5-6 ice cubes
2 Packet of Splenda or 1 TB of Baking Splenda
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend on high for one minute. Add milk if needed to thin the shake and Splenda to sweeten. ENJOY!
