Progress On Shane's Journey


For those who have been following my progress, I just did my 90 day mark weigh in measurements with my nutritionist JT. I began this at 290lbs. I just weighed in at 251lbs. Down in the gut, up in the arms and legs. So...I think it goes without saying that I'm pretty happy with the results.
