After 8 Days of Staying at 100% Here Are My Results!
Today I had my appointment with JT... aka my guru. After 8 days of staying at 100% with weight training/cardio and as close to 100% as I could with my nutrition (excluding a couple of unconventional meals on the go)... here are MY results:
Inches: ↓ 10.5" Lbs: ↓ 6.5#
It isn't easy BUT it SURE IS worth a day like today!
