Pumpkin Spice Shake (DQ Better Watch OUT!)


It's my favorite time of year... and NO it's never too early for pumpkin everything!

Ingredients

1 Scoop of Whey Vanilla Protein Powder

¼ Cup Pumpkin Puree

¼ tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

Dash of Cinnamon & Nutmeg

1 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

5-6 ice cubes

2 Packet of Splenda or 1 TB of Baking Splenda

Optional but Recommended for consistency: 1/4 Cup Cottage Cheese

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.

2. Blend on high for one minute. Add additional pumpkin spice if desired or milk if needed to thin the shake! ENJOY!
