Banana Nut Protein Smoothie
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
Frozen Banana (Slices)
1 TB Nut Butter (Peanut, Almond of Powdered Peanut Butter)
Dash of Cinnamon
5-6 ice cubes
1 Cup of Almond Milk
Splenda (to taste)
Optional: ¼ Cup Cottage Cheese for a more “milkshake texture”
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. The liquid should just cover the ice.
2. Blend on high for one minute. Add milk if needed to thin the shake and Splenda to sweeten.
