Gingerbread Cookie Protein Shake
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
¼ Cup Cottage Cheese
1 TB Sugar Free Maple Syrup
1 Heaping TB Baking Splenda
¼ tsp Butter Extract
¼ tsp Ground Ginger
¼ tsp Ground Cinnamon
5-6 Ice Cubes
½ cup - 1 Cup of Almond Milk depending upon desired thickness
CHEAT DAY ONLY: Add crushed gingerbread cookies
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. The liquid should just cover the ice.
2. Blend on high for one minute. Add milk if needed to thin the shake and Splenda to sweeten if desired.
