Raspberry White Chocolate Protein Smoothie


Ingredients

1 Scoop of Whey Vanilla Protein Powder

1/4 tsp Raspberry Extract (see pic below - I used Imitation Extract I found at Walmart)

1/2 T Sugar Free White Chocolate Instant Pudding Mix

1/4 Cup Cottage Cheese

2 Packet of Splenda or 1 TB of Baking Splenda

5-6 ice cubes

1/2- 1 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk(depending on desired thickness)

Optional: Raspberry for Garnish

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.

2. Blend on high for one minute. Add additional extract for flavoring if desired or milk if needed to thin the shake! ENJOY!
