How To Make Perfect Boiled Eggs

To prepare eggs set them out for approximately one hour or until they are room temperature (this step is very important!) Next, fill your pot with room temperature eggs, cover with water, pour in 1 cup of white vinegar and 1/8 cup sea salt. Bring to a rapid boil, turn the heat off, leave the lid on. Let sit on burner for 8 minutes, then shock the eggs with cold water and get them as cold as you can (fast). Then peel (I usually tap both ends of the egg)... end result is a prepped eggs easy to use for that all important egg white protein :)
