Happy Valentine's Day! JT and I wanted to share our advice for a happy and healthy relationship.. THAT'S RIGHT - Couples Who Sweat Together - Stay Together. We have been practicing this for years (on a almost daily basis!) and it has undoubtedly helped us to become closer and stronger as a couple. Working out together increases your self esteem, confidence and creates an emotional bond when you support your partner and achieve new goals together. Just another reason to get active with the ones you love!
