Cooking vs. Eating Out


.. Personally I love to cook, the food is so much better tasting, it's SO MUCH healthier AND it's cheaper! All of this cost less than 1 meal out to eat and took less time to prepare than it would have waiting for my meal at any restaurant. Learn to be creative, start enjoying cooking, try new things and start building your own catalog of favorites. Food prep isn't a chore, it's an opportunity to prepare the nutrients your body NEEDS to look, feel and function the way you want it to. We should all feel blessed to have the resources, knowledge and ability to fix anything we want any way we want. Stop for a minute and really think about it...don't take it for granted. #cleaneatingpcb
