Spotlight On Shane!


June 2016 I was a 290lbs couch potato who couldn't do a body squat. Today April 2017, I've just completed a Ranger Spartan race in Fort Benning GA. That is 5.5 miles, 20 obstacles and ended up having to do 95 burpees. I'm in pain, the good kind. The kind that says you earned something. I couldn't have done any of it without the training and guidance of JT. He is the BEST! AROO!
