Update & Progress Pic!


"Update for those of you that are following my weight loss journey: had my check in with JT Thompson today and lost 5 more lbs! At first I wasn't happy because I aim for unobtainable goals sometimes lol but after getting a pep talk from Jt I realized that 5 pounds is amazing. I also lost 8.25 inches which makes a total of 26 lbs and 39 inches in 2 months. I've still got a ways to go but I'm getting closer by the day. I've had so many positive changes in my life lately and this has to be one of the best ones."
