Easy Blackened Tilapia
My secret to the perfect pan-seared tilapia? It's all in the spices! Currently I'm obsessed with the Blacked Spice from The Fresh Market. Directions: Lightly oil a skillet and heat to medium high. Drizzle olive oil on both sides of the tilapia fillets. Sprinkle fillets with blacked spice and rub evenly on each side. Pan fry fillets over medium-high heat for 6 minutes and then flip and continue cooking for an additional 4-6 minutes and viola! Garnish with lemon juice and ENJOY!!
