What Are You Teaching Your Kids?
We have a huge impact on our children's nutrition and attitudes towards food. We are responsible for grocery shopping, cooking and packing lunches! But this process is actually much deeper than the foods we allow our kids to have access to. Children learn by watching us and mirroring our behavior. They notice what we eat or don't eat. They see whether we exercise or neglect our body. They even hear the comments (both positive or negative) that we make about our bodies. What are you teaching your children?
