Grilled Teriyaki Turkey Burgers


Ingredients

5 lbs Ground Turkey

2 TBS Onion Powder

½ TBS garlic powder

¼ cup worcestershire

¼ cup Teriyaki marinade/sauce

Himalayan sea salt to taste (careful, other ingredients have a good bit, you don’t need to add much)

1/2 TSP Black pepper

Directions

Form into serving sizes according to your plan. Grill on medium/high heat, try not to turn them too much and DON’T cut or pierce until you’re checking for temp, so you don’t allow juice to leak. Grill until they reach 165 degrees (internal meat thermometer).
