“For the first time in my adult life I actually like looking in the mirror and taking pictures of my self I'm still far from where I want to be but even just losing this 78 lb in the last year has been wonderful and I can't think my husband Jason Stanaland my nutritionist JT Thompson his wifr Bethany Thompson and my family and friends enough for all the support you have given me and that you still are giving me I'm doing this for myself first off but also for my kids so I can be here years from now when they're graduating high school and getting married and having kids I want to be there for that and I'm going to be there for that because I am determined to be a better person and to make myself better I love each and everyone of you and again I want to say thank you for helping me through this journey because if it weren't for the support of you all I would have already quit because my mind likes to tell me things but I always say that I matter more than what my mind tells me sorry for the long post but I'm just memorized at what I've accomplished and what I'm going to accomplish.”
