Don’t Let Setbacks, Injuries or Nagging Pains Discourage Your Spirit!


Hard to believe this was me just two years ago to the day. I was in pain everyday and was told the only way I would be able to run (or walk) without pain was surgery... so surgery it was!! I wouldn’t trade my atrophied leg, two screws, one pin or sausage looking foot for anything because today I can do more today than I could ever imagine prior to my surgery. Don’t let setbacks, injuries or nagging pains discourage your spirit! Be strong inside and out!
