I’ll Never Let Myself Be Defeated By My Own Mind Again!


“I keep giving updates about my weight loss as of September 2017. Mainly because this is when I became serious about my goals. I really began this journey July 2016. That’s when I began seeing JT of evolve with JT. I was nearly 290lbs. (See then photo below) I made some significant weight loss. It was going well. Then I went backwards during the holidays of 2016. I was disappointed in myself. It took until September to get out of my self-pity and get my mind right. I understood that this was a life change. It would come with a few setbacks here and there, the goal was to keep moving forward. Today I weighed in at 224lbs. (See now photo below). I still have goals and I understand that my weight may fluctuate some as I work to reach them. But I’ll never let myself be defeated by my own mind again. That is the true win. 66lbs down.
