Lowest Weight Since Middle School!!


“I’ve been struggling lately on my journey due to diet alone. I train hard but with work and cravings the last few months, it’s been enough to make me gain about 10 lbs. However, I’ve cleaned up my diet again and working out even harder with extra cardio sessions that are more intense. At my appt today I was down all that weight plus lost another lb lower from where I’ve ever been before (and I was down 4+ inches just from 3 weeks ago!)! This is officially the lowest weight I’ve seen since middle school!!! I couldn’t be more ecstatic and just drives me even more to continue on the clean eating band wagon! Thank you @evolvewithjt and #teamevolvefor all your accountability, cheerleading, and pep talks lol. I can’t believe I can say I’ve lost 85 lbs 😁! Next goal 90.... then into the road to 115!
