I’m In The Best Shape Of My Life At Nearly 50!!


"I haven’t done a shout out in a while. But it is due. About four years ago I met this guy. We get to talking and I mention that I want to lose about 60lbs. My goal is a five year plan. He says “WHAT!?” “Why do you think it will take that long?” “Come see me and I’ll make you a plan.” I still procrastinate for about another year. He sees me again. No closer to any kind of goal. “Dude...Seriously. I can help you.” Finally I decide to see what this guy can offer me. Six months after that...I hit my goal weight. I run a Spartan Race. And now I’m training for my first Marathon and have a new goal weight that will be lower than I weighed at 20. I’m in the best shape of my life at nearly 50. And I honestly don’t believe I’d have come to this place without his interest and guidance. He also introduced me to my favorite doctor, who’s also been instrumental in getting the rest of my health on track. I was Pre-diabetic, almost 300lbs, and most likely on my way to an early grave than necessary. Now, I’m within range of my healthy, muscular 210lb goal, Thanks to JT Thompson and Dr. Nations!"
