Down Another 3 lbs and 4.25 Inches (that's 11 lbs and 11 inches in 2 weeks!!!!


"Weighed in again today with Evolve with JT and was down another 3 lbs and 4.25 inches (that's 11 lbs and 11 inches in 2 weeks!!!!). He's got me on a good plan. My clothes are fitting better, scrubs are looser, gym pants aren't staying up like they were. I'm so thankful to see a decline on the scale and measuring tape instead of gain for the first time in a while. I'll be glad when I'm able to get to a form of normalcy once school is out"
