Bethanys Ground Chicken & Cheese Pizza Crust (NO CARB)


Crust Ingredients 1 pound of Ground Chicken (not super lean!) 5 ounces of Shredded Parmesan (not grated) 1/3 cup Mozzarella Cheese 2 Egg Yolks 1 Clove of Minced Garlic 2 tsp of Italian Seasoning 1 TB Olive Oil *** I used 85% lean ground chicken and all full fat cheeses

Toppings are Your Choice! Some options could be: marinara Sauce, cheese, pesto, sugar Free BBQ, feta.

Directions 1. Preheat the oven to 450. 2. In a large bowl mix ground chicken, shredded parmesan, shredded mozzarella cheese, egg yolks, minced garlic and Italian seasoning. 3. Line baking sheet with foil. Spray generously with cooking spray. Remove chicken mixture from bowl and press in into an even thin layer. Wash your hands. Top with 1 TB of olive oil and spread it even over the crust using your hands. 4. Bake for 15 minutes. Drain any liquid that may have accumulated. Run a spatula underneath the crust to help it from sticking to the foil. 5. Bake another 10 minutes. Note: the longer you bake the curst the crispier it will be but you also run the risk of the foil sticking so pay attention if you add additional bake time. Allow crust to cool for 5 minutes. 6. Add toppings. I used the less than ½ cup of the Victoria brand Marinara sauce (low in sugar and carbs) and ¾ cup of mozzarella cheese. 7. Bake an additional 8-10 minutes and ENJOY!
