Homemade Cauliflower Rice Recipe



1. Wash 1 cauliflower and cut off any brown spots. 2. Cut cauliflower into smaller pieces (leave the stalks on) that will fit in the food processor and set aside. 3. Rice the cauliflower with food processor using the fine shredding blade. 4. Put 2 tablespoons of butter into a large non-stick frying pan on medium high heat. Add riced cauliflower and sauté 6-8 minutes until rice is streaming. 5. Add salt, pepper, soy sauce or teriyaki sauce if desired.
