Pumpkin Gingerbread Cookie Protein Shake

Ingredients: 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder, ¼ Cup Cottage Cheese, ¼ Cup Pumpkin Puree, 1 Heaping TB Baking Splenda, ¼ tsp Butter Extract, ¼ Pumpkin Pie Spice, 5-6 Ice Cubes, ½ cup - 1 Cup of Almond Milk depending upon desired thickness.  Sprinkle with Ground Cinnamon

 

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. The liquid should just cover the ice.

  2. Blend on high for one minute.   Add milk if needed to thin the shake and Splenda to sweeten if desired.  Sprinkle with ground cinnamon and ENJOY!

Gingerbread Cookie Protein Shake

Ingredients: 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder, ¼ Cup Cottage Cheese, 1 TB Sugar Free Maple Syrup, 1 Heaping TB Baking Splenda, ¼ tsp Butter Extract, ¼ tsp Ground Ginger, ¼ tsp Ground Cinnamon, 5-6 Ice Cubes, ½ cup - 1 Cup of Almond Milk depending upon desired thickness.  CHEAT DAY ONLY: Add gingerbread cookie crumbles. 

 

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. The liquid should just cover the ice.

2. Blend on high for one minute.   Add milk if needed to thin the shake and Splenda to sweeten if desired.

Strawberry Cheesecake

Ingredients: 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder, 1 TB Sugar Free Cheese Cake Instant Pudding Mix, 1 tsp sugar free strawberry Jell-O mix OR 5 fresh strawberries, 1/2 cup cottage cheese (Sounds Weird but TRUST ME it is a game changer in this shake!), 1 cup Almond Milk, 2 Egg White (optional but will improve texture and taste!) , 5 Ice Cubes, Splenda (Optional as desired), 1/2 Graham Cracker (topping if desired

 

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender (except graham cracker).  The liquid should just cover the ice.

  2. Blend on high for one minute.   Add milk if needed to thin the shake and Splenda to sweeten.

  3. Optional: Crumble 1/2 graham cracker and stir gently into shake.  ENJOY!

White Chocolate Key Lime

Ingredients: 2 Scoops of Vanilla Protein Powder, Zest from 1 Lime, 3 TB Lime Juice, 1 ½ tsp of Sugar Free White Chocolate Instant Pudding Mix, 1 Frozen Banana (peeled and sliced), ½ Cup of Cottage Cheese, 1 Cup of Spinach, 1 ½ Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk, 6-7 ice cubes, 3 Packet of Splenda or 2 TB of Baking Splenda

 

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.  

  2. Blend on high for one minute.   Add milk if needed to thin the shake and Splenda to sweeten.  ENJOY!

Blueberry Cream Dream

Ingredients: 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder, ½ cup of Frozen Blueberries, 1 ½ Tablespoons of Lemon Juice, ½ T Vanilla Extract, ¼ cup of Cottage Cheese, 5 ice cubes, ¾ Cup of Almond Milk, Optional: Vanilla Sugar Free Instant Pudding Mix, Splenda to taste.

 

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender (except graham cracker).  The liquid should just cover the ice.

2. Blend on high for one minute.   Add milk if needed to thin the shake and Splenda to sweeten.

Banana Nut

Ingredients: 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder, Frozen Banana (Slices), 1 TB Nut Butter (Peanut, Almond of Powdered Peanut Butter), Dash of Cinnamon, 5-6 ice cubes, 1 Cup of Almond Milk, Splenda (to taste), Optional: ¼ Cup Cottage Cheese for a more “milkshake texture”

 

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. The liquid should just cover the ice.

2. Blend on high for one minute.   Add milk if needed to thin the shake and Splenda to sweeten.

Creamy Caramel

Ingredients: 1 Scoop of Whey Vanilla Protein Powder, 1 tsp of Sugar Free Cheeseccake Pudding Mix, 1/2 tsp of Caramel Extract, 1/3 Cup of Cottage Cheese, 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk, 5-6 ice cubes, 2 Packet of Splenda or 1 TB of Baking Splenda

 

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.  

2. Blend on high for one minute.   Add milk if needed to thin the shake and Splenda to sweeten.  ENJOY!

Chocolate Butterscotch

Ingredients: 1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder, 1 TB Peanut butter or PB Fit, 1 tsp. Sugar Free Butterscotch Instant Pudding Mix, 6 Ice Cubes, 1 cup Almond Milk, 1 Egg White (optional but will improve texture and taste!)

 

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.  The liquid should just cover the ice.

  2. Blend on high for one minute.   Add milk if needed to thin the shake.  ENJOY!

Cinnamon Roll

Ingredients: 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder, 1 tsp Sugar Free Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix, ¼ tsp. Cinnamon

¼ tsp Vanilla Extract, 1/3 cup Cottage Cheese (Weird but TRUST ME it is a game changer in this shake!), 1 cup Almond Milk, 6 Ice Cubes, Splenda OR Brown Sugar Splenda (Optional as desired)

 

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.  The liquid should just cover the ice.

  2. Blend on high for one minute.   Add milk if needed to thin the shake and Splenda to sweeten.

  3. Optional: Crumble 1 vanilla wafer and stir gently into shake.  ENJOY!

Mint Protein Delight

Ingredients: 1 Scoop of Whey Vanilla Protein Powder, 1 tsp of Sugar Free Cheesecake or White Chocolate Instant Pudding Mix, ¼ tsp of Mint Extract, 1/3 Cup of Cottage Cheese, 1/2 Cup of Spinach (optional), 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk, 5-6 ice cubes, 2 Packet of Splenda or 1 TB of Baking Splenda

 

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.  

2. Blend on high for one minute.   Add milk if needed to thin the shake and Splenda to sweeten.  ENJOY!

Mint Chocolate

Ingredients: 1 Scoop of Whey Chocolate Protein Powder, 1 tsp of Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding Mix

¼ tsp of Mint Extract, 1/3 Cup of Cottage Cheese, 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk, 5-6 ice cubes, 2 Packet of Splenda or 1 TB of Baking Splenda

 

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.  

2. Blend on high for one minute.   Add milk if needed to thin the shake and Splenda to sweeten.  ENJOY!

Peach Perfection

Ingredients: 1 Scoop of Whey Vanilla Protein Powder, 1 tsp Sugar Free Peach Jello Mix, 1 Cup Unsweetened, Vanilla Almond Milk, 2 Packet of Splenda or 1 TB of Baking Splenda, ¼ cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt, 5-6 ice cubes, Optional: Frozen Peach Slices

 

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.  

2. Blend on high for one minute.   If desired add milk if to thin the shake or splenda to sweeten!  ENJOY!

Pumpkin Spice

Ingredients: 1 Scoop of Whey Vanilla Protein Powder, ¼ Cup Pumpkin Puree, ¼ tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

Dash of Cinnamon & Nutmeg, 1 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk, 5-6 ice cubes, 2 Packet of Splenda or 1 TB of Baking Splenda, Optional but Recommended for consistency: 1/4 Cup Cottage Cheese

 

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.  

2. Blend on high for one minute.   Add additional pumpkin spice if desired or milk if needed to thin the shake!  ENJOY!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Paradise

Ingredients: 1 Scoop Chocolate Whey Protein Powder, 1/2 Frozen Banana , 1 TB Sugar Free Chocolate Instant Pudding Mix, 1 TBS Peanut Butter (or PBFit), 1/4 cup cottage cheese , 1 cup Almond Milk, 2 Egg White (optional but will improve texture and taste!) , 5 Ice Cubes, Splenda (Optional as desired), A Dash of Cinnamon 

 

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.  The liquid should just cover the ice.

  2. Blend on high for one minute.   Add milk if needed to thin the shake and Splenda to sweeten.  ENJOY!

Mocha Protein

Ingredients: 4 ounces of cold coffee (decaf or regular), 4 ounces almond milk, 1/2 cup crushed ice, 1/4 packet of sugar free chocolate instant pudding mix, 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder

 

Directions

1.  Combine all ingredients in a blender.  The liquid should just cover the ice.

2.  Blend on high for one minute.   Add milk if needed to thin the shake and Splenda to sweeten.  ENJOY!

Turtle Cheesecake

Ingredients: 1 Scoop Chocolate Whey Protein Powder, 1 tsp Sugar Free Cheesecake Instant Pudding Mix, 1/2 tsp Carmel Extract, 1/3 Cup Cottage Cheese, 1 Cup Almond Milk, 6 Ice Cubes, Splenda (Optional as desired), Optional: Top with Sugar Free Chocolate or Carmel Syrup 

 

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender.  The liquid should just cover the ice.
