Who says you can’t satisfy your sweet tooth while getting your protein fix?! This recipe is reminiscent of sweet bread with hints of banana and vanilla (ba-nilla). On a cheat day add a TBS or chocolate or white chocolate chips to each loaf for some added flavor! The recipe as written makes 6 jumbo loafs as pictured. ENJOY!
2 whole eggs and 2 egg whites
4 scoops of vanilla protein powder
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup almond milk
1/3 cup almond flour
¾ cups of flour
1 sliced banana
1 tsp. baking powder
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Beat on medium speed until well mixed.
Spray cupcake liners with cooking spray and divide batter into 6 cupcakes.
Bake for 20 minutes and test with a toothpick until baked fully.
Let cool and ENJOY!
