One of my personal favorites... Enjoy a that candy bar in a milkshake minus the guilt!
1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
1 TB Peanut butter or PB Fit
1 tsp. Sugar Free Butterscotch Instant Pudding Mix
6 Ice Cubes
1 cup Almond Milk
1 Egg White (optional but will improve texture and taste!)
Combine all ingredients in a blender. The liquid should just cover the ice.
Blend on high for one minute. Add milk if needed to thin the shake. ENJOY!
