It's About Looking In The Mirror And Answering To Myself!

Me: "Sorry I let you down this week. I'll bust my a** this week!"

JT: " Walk in to the bathroom...Stand facing the sink...  Look straight ahead and then repeat that..."

 

Just what I needed!  Best thing about this is... Realization that last week I totally blew things off.  Slacked on my cardio... Ate off plan...  And today it sure hit me face on. Down in pounds but teeter tottered in inches.  Forget that!

 

Mondays are great for me to see my trainer/nutritionist/friend and here is why.  I know my weaknesses.. . He knows my strengths...  I slack on the weekends.  Not this time!  It isn't about summer being around the corner for me. It is about my life! I know what it feels like to be UN-healthy, UN-happy, and UN-touchable.  It is about staying committed.  It is about being honest with self above all else. It is about perseverance and accountability.  It is about looking in the mirror in my own eyes and answering to self!

 

It is GO TIME... BE STRONGER!
