Number One Tip For Success

July 27, 2016

Being prepared and having a plan is often the “make or break” for people with their nutrition.  Imagine a world where you have the food on your nutrition plan, cooked to perfection and easily accessible to you at your exact meal time.  How much of a difference would this make for you?!   For me.. food prep is EVERYTHING… it determines how successful I am (or am not)!   90% of the time the days I don’t follow my nutrition are the days that I did not prepare and pack my food!  My biggest tip to anyone who is trying to follow their nutrition is to get into the habit of prepping and packing your food.  Since my family is on the go frequently , I usually spend Sunday night preparing food for the next 3 days and then repeat the process on Wednesday to get us through the rest of the week.   Once you get into the habit of prepping your meals you set yourself up for success and save time during the week that can be used to workout (or grocery shop... we do a lot of that too)!
