We Are Grateful To Gave Crossed Paths With Such An Amazing Guide!

 My husband Shane and I, began working with JT in June. The transformations we have made, in that short period of time have been amazing. Some you can see, and some you cannot. Mine and Shane's "journeys" have been a bit different, and that's ok. We both wanted to lose weight for health reasons, and to say physical appearance wasn't a factor at all, would be untrue. But, my biggest obstacle when I first met JT, was migraines with auras almost daily, and extreme fatigue. I can honestly say, by day 2, I knew the constant migraines were behind me. We have decided to integrate the clean eating that we have learned from JT, into our kid's lives as well. 


No magic pills. No gimmicks. No expensive packages of stuff to buy. Just healthy, clean eating and exercise. We are grateful to have crossed paths with such an amazing guide.
