Prepping is ESSENTIAL and VERY underrated. Without it you're left to the whim of your busy day, the cost of food out to eat, limited options, the catered & free food; especially for those of us in a clinical setting or a corporate office etc. It's much harder to stay on point if you think you can just "wing it". It takes less time and less $ to prep and it takes all the guess work/stress off the table. PREP! 

 

Check back for more ideas, recipes, options etc. I will be posting frequently to Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and of course on evolvewithjt.com. Please feel free to send me suggestions and or good recipes/prep ideas you have and I'll post them!
