Found these cookbooks in some old boxes today and I was hit with a funny thought..... cooking can be fun!! Sometimes in life we are so busy that we may find ourselves eating "just to eat" or eating without thought, energy or planning. So the next time you find yourself with some time why not use it to cook and try something different! There are infinite combinations and ways to prepare protein based dishes with healthy ingredients and it increases the chances that you a lasting lifestyle change!
