JT is One Of The Best Weight Loss "Stimulants" Ever To Hit This Town! I Can and WILL Do It!

JT is one of the best weight loss "stimulants" ever to hit this town. His nutrition and training plans are "custom"fit for your weight, your activity regimen, your daily schedule and any other issues that would involve your "evolving".   Since I began to work with him last March I have gone from size 22 to size 14. Had it not been for some family trials that came up, I could be in a 10. So yes, I get off track, but he always knows how to get me back where I need to be. I started my transformation at 247 pounds! I will turn 60 in May and my birthday present to me will be 160 pound, 39 lbs! I can and WILL do it.
