I've been on my new life plan for two weeks shy of three months now. I'm down 35lbs, even though I've gained in my arms, thighs, chest, shoulders and Arms. I am however 7" down in my gut since I began. I'm Down three pants sizes. And I'm feeling super duper. I know that I have a long journey ahead of me, but to know how I've come along so far, coupled with the knowledge that I can maintain this lifestyle, I'm extremely excited about where I'm headed.
