If you put forth the effort you will see results. Losing weight and keeping it off doesn't happen overnight. I had gained so much weight that I weighed over 200 pounds in 2015. I tried diet pills (over the counter & prescription), I tried body wraps, crash dieting, & exercised a little. That alone did not work in helping me to reach my weight loss goals. It took someone else to open my eyes for me to see that what I was doing wasn't healthy nor was it the right way to lose weight and keep it off. With education and proper guidance from JT I began to see the inches and pounds fall off. He encouraged me to stay on track any time I hit a plateau. Ever since I started my weight loss journey up to now I have lost over 50 pounds and I feel great! I workout at home any time I don't go to the gym as there are many no equipment exercises, I eat healthier as I am more aware of the foods I eat, I meal prep, etc. Any time someone tells me they don't have the time to do all of this I just think about that being an excuse I used before, so my response to them is, "make time, not excuses." I have a lot more energy now and it's great to go places for people you know to compliment you on how great you look because they notice your loss in weight. It's never too late to put your health on your priority list and off of the burner. Take care of yourself and see results.
