Down 5 LBS! Had my appointment with the Man JT Thompson this morning to Revaluate my Nutrition and Health! I Have had a lot going on Medically that's been holding me back but where making positive progress! 🙌 Always allow someone to hold YOU accountable! IT MAKES A HUGE DIFFERENCE!
