Do It For Yourself. Make Yourself A Priority.

Some of you that know me don't know that I had a gastric bypass in 2004. I went from 280 lbs down to 150, a size 24 down to a size 8. Gradually over the years my weight has started to creep back on and this scares me to death. I'm not back where I was in 2004 but I can see myself getting there. I haven't told a lot of the "new"people in my life this because you always get those judgmental stares and people thinking I took the easy way out. I'll have you know that I worked my ass off (literally) back then and I'm about to do it again. Yesterday I made the choice to see JT Thompson at Nations Best and together I believe I can learn how to eat, live and be healthy and not "roller coaster" with my weight anymore. So go ahead and judge me I don't care this is my battle and I'm about to conquer it!!!!!
