At 46 I'm Stronger Than Ever!

 This post isn't a brag post, well it is sort of. I thought when I hit 40 it was all down hill. That's what is drilled in. So I thought my best days, physically, were behind me. This morning I know that I'm stronger than I was 20-30 years ago. I have never done 200lb tricep push downs. Today on my third set, I decided to see if I could do all of the weight on the machine. If that's not proof that I haven't grown up... anyway I did it 8 times on my third set. When I had already been hitting them hard on other exercises. The point? @ 46 I'm stronger than ever. Age is in your mind. It's not too late to get back in shape. Stop making excuses. I wish I'd not spent so much time whining about what "I used to could..." Thanks JT Thompson for getting me back on the path.
