Chocolate Protein Brownies

February 10, 2017

Ingredients

1 Cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt

½ Cup Chocolate Whey Protein

½ Cup Egg Whites

½ Cup Unsweetened Coco Powder

½ Cup Old Fashioned Oats

½ Cup Baking Splenda

1 tsp Vanilla or Carmel Extract

¼ Cup Apple Sauce

2 tsp Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding Mix

1 tsp baking power

Optional: ½ cup chopped pecans or peanuts

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Spray an 8x8 glass baking dish (metal baking dish would be fine too and cook quicker) with cooking spray and set aside.

2. Combine all ingredients into a blender.  Mix on medium speed for 1 minute or until all ingredients are well blended.  Be sure to scrape down the sides with a spatula once if you need to.

2. Pour batter into prepared baking dish and bake for 20-30 minutes or until the center is set.   Keep an eye on the baking time if you are using a metal pan because this will change the time.   Note: They will keep cooking for a few minutes after when they are cooking.  Let cool and ENJOY!!
